Our Mortgage Processing

#1 Your file will be assigned to a processor within two business hours of receiving the submission form

#2 Disclosures will go out to the clients within 48 hours of receiving the file. Along with a phone call to the borrower to introduce ourselves as your processing team, along with an explanation of how to access their disclosures. (1-2 day disclosures can be done if the purchase agreement is within 15 days or less) 

#3 All Submission are 1-2 business days, as long as we have the supporting documents to send to the lender of your choice. If they are a UWM Submission: It will include CD at initial, Bolt, and Ultimate submission 

#4 Conditional Approvals – We will call your client congratulating them on their approval, along with sending a follow up email regarding their outstanding loan conditions. 

#5 Let’s close. All cds will be balanced with escrow before closing

 #6 Let’s Fund. All necessary funding conditions, and any post-closing items are also included. 

#7 For compliance, the final 3.4 and documents will be provided once the loan has funded, to reconcile your file.
